Seaweed has been part of the traditional diet of all coastal cultures. From Japan and China to Hawaii, Okinawa Wales, Scotland, Iceland and Ireland.
Seen as a valuable product, nutritive, source of salt, for seasoning/fermenting or as herb/medicine.
Now American nutrition experts are starting to recommend it highly too.
